COATING
We offer mechanical coating with Peters acrylic varnish when protection against external factors is required. Varnish overspill on other product components is avoided by applying a gel that creates a physical barrier. We use the MYCRONIC brand line with three heads, which allows its application at different thicknesses and angles. Fast and efficient drying is obtained using our long four-zone oven.
PCB CLEANING SYSTEM
Above-standard cleanliness and a better foundation for applying moisture protection coating are achieved by first cleaning the PCB in the Kolb Aqube machine we use in our production. Depending on the product’s technical specifications, the device can clean different PCB dimensions at different settings. It is important customers check component specifications before selecting this service to ensure they are suitable for washing.
