We are thrilled to announce a new machine that will enhance our production process even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine, known as ICT<\/strong> (which stands for In-circuit Test<\/em>), is a testing machine, which enables precise electrical measurements of components like diodes, resistors, capacitors etc. It assesses key characteristics such as voltage, signal supply, resistance\u2026 With that, the ICT provides important insights in cases where components with incorrect values or other irregularities are detected on the PCBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, it makes sure the components are correctly placed, operational and securely soldered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For that to happen, the PCBs must feature test points \u2013 the more test points available, the more accurate the testing process becomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
